Meet Erica

Framer, photographer and detail-obsessed creative based in Nelson.

A woman with glasses sitting on a blue sofa with colorful patterned pillows, holding a magazine, in a room with blue and cream walls decorated with framed artwork.

For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by colour, texture and the details that others often overlook. Today, that same eye for detail guides every framing project that comes through my studio.

How I found picture framing

After years working as a photographer and creative professional, I discovered picture framing through my love of craftsmanship and presentation.

I spent several years working for an established picture framer in Tasman before opening my own framing studio in Nelson.

Today I work one-on-one with clients to create frames that not only protect their artwork but also enhance how it looks and feels within their home.

What began as an interest quickly became a passion.

Why clients choose me

Personal, one-on-one service

Experienced eye for colour, balance and composition

Friendly and approachable

Focus on quality over volume
